IMPORTANT TO NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FIRST PAGE OF YOUR STUDENT'S PHYSICAL TO UPLOAD IN ORDER TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
The physical page with the doctor's signature is the only thing that should be uploaded.
Do NOT upload anything other than that.
(Do not upload a blank paper or paper that says physical coming or
other indicators just to bypass this step.)
Please read before starting the registration process
- NEW: All families will pay the athletic fee at the end of the registration process. This is required in order for the registration to be completed.
- Families are required to upload the physicals.
- Families will need to contact their doctor's office for a copy of the student's physical if they don't have one. Please do not contact the school regarding this step.
- The physical (page with the doctor's signature) is the only thing that should be uploaded. Do NOT upload anything other than that. (Do not upload a blank paper or paper that says physical coming or other indicators just to bypass this step.)
- Physicals should not be sent to the school as the families need to upload physicals to this site.
- The physical upload cannot be bypassed.
- Do NOT upload immunizations on the site.
Physical Examinations
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam.
